Impact.

Check out today’s Teatime Titbit: Monday Motivation. Impact.

In this day and age especially, it’s difficult to have an impact – the world has become so loud and we seem to be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of possible distractions fighting for our attention in any one minute. I understand that and that’s why my biggest challenge is to break through the noise to get and keep your attention.

If you’ve followed Teatime Titbits for any length of time, thank you, and I hope it has had the desired ‘impact’ on you – providing you with ‘edutainment’ during a break, or some downtime, so the ROI (return on investment) is a few minutes read, and a few new English Titbits to broaden your knowledge.

Teatime Titbits is a journey for me, indeed it has even become part of my life and I’m loving every minute of it. I can’t wait to get some free moments in my schedule to write, post and talk with you. I have no idea where this journey will take me. However, my dream is clear, work on Teatime Titbits fulltime giving me the ‘time’ to produce more content and spread the reach of Teatime Titbits.

I also hope Teatime Titbits will inspire other budding bloggers to make the ‘expertise’ knowledge available for us and get to know the amazing feeling that you are having an impact however small or large and “putting a ding in the universe” as Steve Jobs once put it.

In this day and age (heutzutage), to make an impact (sich auf etw auswirken), overwhelmed (Überwältigt), sheer (gänzlich), volume (Ausmaß), distraction (Zerstreuung), extend one’s knowledge (sein Wissen erweitern), however (jedoch), budding (keimende)

You do have impact on me, that’s for sure. I’m always looking forward to reading your posts – edutainment at its best! I’ve learned so many new things so far and I appreciate all your effort and time you’re investing in your posts. It’s always a great mixture of intelligent texts filled with eloquence and wit, content that’s helpful for everyday life and of course posts that are encouraging to broaden one’s language skills. Keep on going and again: thank you!

How dare you even think about quitting?!?! Haven’t had a certain form in triplicate on my desk so far… and even if: application rejected! Always and forever!

Whenever you feel a lack of motivation just tell me and get your dose of praise and a pat on the back or – if necessary – a kick in the pants because I don’t want to live without my dose of edutainment. 🙂

        BTW: No, I’m not a crazy stalker…
