GYG Day 12. How well do you know your past tense?

‘Blockbusters‘ was a general knowledge TV quiz when I was growing up in the UK. The contestants have to complete a line of squares on a board before their competitors. Each square has a letter on it so they say to the quiz master Bob Holdness, “I’d like a ‘P‘ please, Bob“. The person who hits the buzzer the right answer first wins the field and can choose another.

Inspired by this game, here’s Blockbusters 1 and is designed to check your knowledge of the irregular ’past tense‘ forms. For a bit of fun – how would you do? Here goes, hands on the buzzer, let’s play Blockbuster (enter music)
