Wobbles on Wednesday. Happy Eastern, Dave !! A typical Dinglish mistake I hear around this time of year, obviously – it’d be strange to hear at Crimbo (Xmas)!!
Another common one is to use the preposition ‘on’ Eastern e.g. what will you do on Eastern? Here, as with all other ‘festivals’ (e.g. Xmas) we use ‘at’ or you could also say ‘over’ Easter.
That’s got the wobbles out of the way, what about few Easter words: Maunday Thursday
Fun fact, we don’t talk about the Easter hare (Dinglish) but the Easter ‘bunny’.
Have a great Easter, Teatime Titbitarians
