Trade fair follow-up mail

A mail to a prospective client after the trade fair could look something like this. Which of the options best fit the situations. Sometimes BOTH could.

Dear Mr Preston It 1) was/has been a 2) great/large pleasure to meet you 3) at/on the trade fair in Munich. I am writing to 4) set up/arrange an appointment 5) for discussing/to discuss our future cooperation 6) farther/further.

7) I’m visiting/will visit London 8) on/at Monday 27 April and 9) staying/stay for 3 or 4 days visiting clients but I don’t mind 10) to extend/extending my stay to accommodate your schedule. Would Wednesday 29 or Thursday 30 be 11) doable/convenient?

12) I understand/I’m understanding that Sheffield is a 3hr car 13) drive/journey from London so I would 14) rather/prefer to 15) stand/spend a night in a hotel there. Could you recommend a hotel, which is maybe in the 16) near/vicinity 17) from/of your company?

I would 18) like/appreciate it, 19) if/when you could 20) get back to me/reply as soon as possible so I can 21) do/make the necessary arrangements.

I look forward to 22) meet/meeting you again.

Best regards.
